SCOTTSDALE — The Arizona family that started Big League Wiffle Ball has bought The Wiffle Ball Inc., the Shelton, Connecticut, company that invented the perforated plastic ball, ABC15 reported.
Jordan Rose, president and CEO of Scottsdale-based Rose Law Group, will be chairman of the board. Her son Logan Rose, a 20-year-old sophomore at Southern Methodist University, will lead the company, and his 17-year-old brother, Carson Rose, will be chief growth officer.
The factory and its 15 employees will stay in Connecticut. David and Stephen Mullany, the third generation to run the business their grandfather founded in 1953, will stay on as advisers during the transition.
