PHOENIX — The chef behind downtown Phoenix’s LeDu Thai has opened a new ‘fine-casual’ supper club and bar in uptown Phoenix, according to KTAR News.

Vivid ‘Gabby’ Chu debuted Homme Thai Supper Club at 322 E. Camelback Road, in a space that seats 100.

Chu said every dish reflects a recipe she grew up eating, from Hat Yai fried chicken she learned in her uncle’s kitchen to slow-simmered curries. ‘Homme Thai Supper Club is an invitation to sit at my family’s table,’ she said.

Chu grew up in Southern Thailand and cooked in Florida, Chicago and New York before moving to Phoenix and opening LeDu.
