AVONDALE — The 16-year-old Avondale boy who was the subject of a missing child bulletin over the weekend has been found and is back with his family, the Avondale Police Department said.
In an update sent to news media Sunday afternoon, the department said the child “has returned safely to family” and thanked the public for its help. Thee Arizona Times had shared the department’s original Oct. 24 bulletin asking for help locating Emanuel Evans.
Police did not release details about where the teen was found or the circumstances of his disappearance.
