NEW YORK — “Obsession” star Inde Navarrette was set to make her “Saturday Night Live” hosting debut on the show’s Halloween episode, with Gracie Abrams as musical guest, NBC said.
The Oct. 31 show was the fourth episode of Season 52 and ended the show’s brief early-season hiatus. NBC said the episode streams on Peacock starting Sunday.
Navarrette starred as Nikki Freeman in the 2026 horror hit “Obsession,” which NBC said earned more than $263 million in theaters. The character was added to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood this season.
Abrams, making her second appearance as musical guest, is promoting her album “Daughter from Hell.” Her Look at My Life Tour opens Dec. 2 in Denver, according to NBC.
Earlier this season, cast member James Austin Johnson took his Donald Trump impression to the Oct. 17 cold open of “Saturday Night Live UK,” NBC noted.
“SNL” airs Saturdays at 11:30 p.m. Eastern, which is 9:30 p.m. in Arizona now that daylight saving time has ended.
