PEORIA — Scottsdale-based Camelot Homes is returning to the West Valley with Long Canyon Reserve, a gated community of 19 luxury homes in northwest Peoria, KTAR News reported.
The project is part of Saddleback, a $1 billion, 5,300-acre master-planned community near Lake Pleasant. Construction is expected to start before year’s end.
The single-level homes will range from about 3,000 to 5,500 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and lots averaging about a third of an acre, according to the builder. Plans include courtyards, chef’s kitchens and a private bathroom for every bedroom.
Camelot President Kevin Rosinski said it is the company’s first new West Valley community in more than a decade.
Pricing and lot selection will be shared at a VIP preview event in December, and interested buyers can sign up online.
