On May 8th, Representative Fleischman issued a statement regarding the passage of H.R. 7109, also known as the Equal Representation Act. This legislation requires the 2030 census questionnaire to include a checkbox or similar option for respondents to indicate their citizenship status. Additionally, it excludes non-citizens and illegal aliens from being counted for Congressional District apportionment in the U.S. House of Representatives and Electoral College votes.”
HR 7109 – The Equal Representation Act:
- Requires that the Census Bureau include a citizenship question on any future census to provide a greater understanding of the U.S. population and delineate between citizens and non-citizens for apportionment purposes.
- Prohibits non-citizens from being counted for purposes of congressional district and Electoral College apportionment.
- Requires that the Census Bureau publicly report on certain demographic data.
- Is the House companion bill to S. 3659, the Equal Representation Act, introduced in the Senate by Tennessee Senator Bill Hagerty.
U.S. Representative Chuck Fleischmann stated in his Press Release
Today, I proudly voted to pass the Equal Representation Act, and I am glad to see it pass the House. This is a commonsense bill that protects our nation’s democratic institutions from being influenced by non-citizens and disincentives illegal aliens from making the dangerous journey to enter our country illegally. There is no reason not to ask for an individual’s citizenship status on the census and ban non-citizens and illegals from being counted towards representation in Congress and the federal government. For every illegal immigrant that is counted towards either Congressional District apportionment or the allocation of each state’s Electoral College votes, a legal, law-abiding American citizen is disenfranchised of their God-given right to be properly represented by their elected leaders,” said Congressman Fleischmann.
“Since Joe Biden took office and opened our borders, more than 7.2 million illegals have broken our laws and entered our country – all of whom are currently eligible to be counted towards federal representation. This is unacceptable. We cannot allow illegal aliens to disenfranchise legal American citizens who follow the law and expect their elected institutions to represent them and their families fairly.
“I will not stop working with my colleagues to secure our elections, preserve faith in our democratic institutions, and end the ceaseless cycle of illegal immigration that is flooding America. The Equal Representation Act is a needed step to preserve confidence in our elections and the upcoming 2030 census and restore sanity to our broken immigration system.”
The theory of : WHaT Can happen if H.R.7109 isn’t PAssed?
Congressman Fleischmann ISN’T the only one with this sentiment to feel the need to protect American Voter rights . TUcker carlson was interviewed by and in the INTERVIEW he REFERENCED a study done by three Researchers titled
“Yale Study Finds Twice as Many Undocumented Immigrants as Previous Estimates
https://insights.som.yale.edu/insights/yale-study-finds-twice-as-many-undocumented-immigrants-as-previous-estimates
Summarizes ” Commonly accepted estimates indicate that approximately 11.3 million undocumented immigrants reside in the United States. However, a recent study, which employed mathematical modeling based on various demographic and immigration data, proposes that the true undocumented immigrant population could exceed 22 million.” TUckerCarson goes on to paint this theory To what he call the three Facts with :
- I believe, who concluded that the actual number of illegal aliens in this country is not 11 million, it’s north of 22 million. 22 million. Fact one, fact two, the Democratic Party is now, as a matter of policy, calling for the legalization of all illegals in this country, citizenship, voting rights, 22 million new voters.
- Fact three, the overwhelming majority of first time immigrant voters vote Democrat. Fact four, the largest margin in american presidential history was 17 million votes. 1980 election, rather, 1984 election between Mondale and Reagan. And Reagan, yeah, 17 million, you would add to our voter rolls, 22 million at least. Permanent electoral majority in perpetuity.
According to Roper Center who has a Survey by CBS News and the New York Times. Sample of 15,201 voters as they left voting booths on Election Day, November 4, 1980. “Don’t know” and “other” responses not included. THe survey is titled :
How Groups voted in the 1980
in 1980 Ronald Reagan ,Jimmy Carter 7& Jon B. Anderson were running for President, Ronald had 37% , Anderson had 7% while jimmy Carter had a WHOPPING 56% . It shows that Carter RECEIVED More voted than any candidates from the hispanic Group.

Boundless wrote an article titled:
Immigration During Ronald Reagan’s Presidency
In this article it discusses how On Nov. 6, 1986 Ronald Reagan signed the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, the most far-reaching immigration law passed during his presidency. The Act’s most significant effect was that it allowed immigrants who had entered the U.S. illegally before Jan. 1, 1982 to apply for legal status, provided they paid fines and back taxes. This provision — which Reagan himself referred to as “amnesty,” allowed around 3 million immigrants to secure legal status after paying $185, demonstrating “good moral character” and learning to speak English.
Although the bill was supposed to toughen sanctions against employers who hired undocumented immigrants, a provision exempting employers from penalties if their workers had presented relatively convincing fake documents meant that the sanctions were ineffective.

After reading the article you can summarize that it is this law that allowed reagan to President From/1980 and 1990 — a span that included the eight-year Reagan administration
There are thing that US the American People should ask ourselves with all the information that is out now in your fingertips a couple of questions :
- Are we bound to repeat history ?
- This time will the Democrats Trump the Republicans and have a long run an administration?
- Are we ready to see what it looks like for it to be just one administration?
- WHo is the real winner here?
