Urgent Search in Peoria for Abducted 2-Year-Old Kirby Carr

Peoria, Arizona — Authorities in Peoria are urgently searching for a two-year-old girl allegedly abducted by a non-custodial parent. The child, identified as Kirby Carr, disappeared on June 8 from her residence near Lake Pleasant Parkway and Speckled Gecko Drive.

According to police, the non-custodial parent arrived at the location for a supervised visit with the toddler. However, after the visitation concluded, the suspect fled the area, prompting immediate concern for Kirby’s safety.

The suspect was spotted leaving the scene in a 2014 blue Fiat 500 with Arizona license plate M5A6EM. The vehicle features a dual silver strip across the top and a Milwaukee toolbox attached to the hitch. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact Peoria Police immediately.
