Peoria, Arizona — Authorities in Peoria are urgently searching for a two-year-old girl allegedly abducted by a non-custodial parent. The child, identified as Kirby Carr, disappeared on June 8 from her residence near Lake Pleasant Parkway and Speckled Gecko Drive.
According to police, the non-custodial parent arrived at the location for a supervised visit with the toddler. However, after the visitation concluded, the suspect fled the area, prompting immediate concern for Kirby’s safety.
Description of Kirby Carr:

- Approximately 3 feet tall
- Weighing 35 pounds
- Brown hair and brown eyes
- Wearing a blue dress with a pink bow and a blue bow in her hair
Non-Custodial Parent:
- Kevin Carr, 52 years old
- White male
- Approximately 6’1″ tall
- Weighing 140 pounds
- Gray hair and brown eyes
- Last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt and dark-colored shorts
The suspect was spotted leaving the scene in a 2014 blue Fiat 500 with Arizona license plate M5A6EM. The vehicle features a dual silver strip across the top and a Milwaukee toolbox attached to the hitch. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact Peoria Police immediately.
