PHOENIX -Dominique Terrell Jackson, 40, has been taken into custody in connection with a tragic incident at a downtown Phoenix hotel. The victim, 28-year-old Desiree Serpas, lost her life in the early morning hours of Friday, July 5, at the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel near 1st and Adams streets.
