Terms & Conditions Agreement

License Grant

By submitting a photograph or video (the “Work”), you irrevocably grant to [Thee Arizona times company llc ], its licensees, and assigns (collectively, “Company”) a non-exclusive, perpetual, payment-free, residual-free, and royalty-free world-wide, all-media license to use all or any portion of the Work. The Company may also distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, sublicense, and incorporate all or any portion of the Work into other projects, postings, news stories, articles, communications, or other works created by the Company (“Company Created Materials”). Additionally, the Company may use the Work in any medium, format, or through any other technical process whether now known or hereafter devised. The Work may also be used in any promotion, advertising, or marketing of Company Created Materials.

Release of Claims

You expressly release the Company from any and all claims arising out of the use of the Work by the Company. This includes claims related to blurring, distortion, or editing.

Waiver of Equitable Remedies

You agree not to seek equitable remedies against the Company for its use of the Work.

Age and Consent

You confirm that you are over 18 years old. If the Work depicts a minor, you either (1) are the custodial parent or legal guardian of all minors depicted in the Work, or (2) have permission to submit the video from the custodial parent or legal guardian of all minors depicted in the Work.
