Chandler police are currently investigating a tragic incident involving the deaths of a woman and her 10-year-old daughter. The incident occurred at the Lumiere Chandler Condominiums near Priest Drive and Ray Road around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
According to reports, a family friend entered an unlocked condo and discovered the lifeless bodies of the mother and daughter. Investigators found the 49-year-old woman and her 10-year-old daughter deceased in a bedroom. A firearm was also found nearby, and both victims had suffered fatal gunshot wounds.
