Garbage truck Driver DIes following a tank Malfunction At the TSMC facility in north Phoenix.

Update- an Garbage truck driver is dead after an explosion was reported on WEDNESDAY at the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) plant in north Phoenix. According to Police,At approximately 2:45 p.m., 41-year-old Cesar Anguiano-Guitron was disposing of garbage from the construction site at the TSMC plant located along 43rd Avenue, just north of the Loop 303. During this process, there arose a potential issue related to a tractor-trailer used for storing the trash under pressure.

Police said, that While inspecting the tank, an “uncontrolled pressure released” occurred, and Anguiano-Guitron was hit by an object.

That sent him more than 20 feet from the truck.

He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

No TSMC employees or construction workers were hurt.

The facilities weren’t damaged, TSMC said.

TSMC is the world largest Contract CHip Maker. THey are expected to start Production in 2025.
