Two people lost their lives in a tragic incident involving an Amazon semi-truck on Interstate 10 near Wintersburg in the far West Valley. The eastbound lanes of I-10 are currently closed due to the crash, and authorities are investigating the cause.

According to Adot:

PHOENIX – The eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 are closed near Wintersburg, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

The closure is due to a crash at milepost 103.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and seek an alternate route. 

There is no estimated time to reopen the highway.
