GILBERT — Joe’s Farm Grill is celebrating 20 years in business with a throwback deal: original 2006 menu prices for one day, ABC15 reported.
The restaurant will mark its anniversary Nov. 9-15. Its “Party Like It’s 2006” promotion on Nov. 12 is for dine-in customers only and does not apply to takeout.
Joe’s opened in 2006 in the former family home of partner Joe Johnston. “We’ve moved from like just barely making it to now barely being able to keep up with it,” Johnston told ABC15.
The milestone comes during a tough stretch for restaurants. RestaurantData estimated 7,593 restaurant closures nationwide in the first half of 2026, including 129 in Maricopa County and nine in Gilbert, ABC15 reported. Both local figures were lower than the same period in 2025.
General Manager Bill Eaton said the restaurant reviews food and labor costs nearly every week.
