GILBERT — Families looking for one last fall outing before Halloween can head to Mother Nature’s Farm in downtown Gilbert, where the season’s fall festival runs through Oct. 31, ABC15 reported.
The family-owned farm doubles as an animal rescue and is home to more than 500 goats, cows, donkeys and other animals. The festival, which includes a pumpkin patch and games, helps support the rescue.
Visitors can feed and interact with the animals, including cows named Goldie, Milky Way and Hershey’s.
Alexander Kelsall, the third generation of his family to run the farm, told ABC15 he loves seeing kids “come outside, have fun, run around, and be real kids.”
With storms in the forecast for Friday, families may want to check the weather before heading out.
