PHOENIX — Construction has started on Farinosa Villas, a 213-residence build-to-rent community on 17.4 acres near 35th Avenue and Dobbins Road in Laveen, KTAR News reported.
Developer Rockefeller Group said the project will include one-, two- and three-bedroom homes averaging about 1,187 square feet, split among detached houses, duplexes, townhomes and carriage-style units. Every home will have private outdoor space, and some will include yards and attached garages.
Amenities will include a clubhouse with a fitness center, a lap pool, a fire pit, grills, a dog park, covered parking and electric vehicle chargers. The site is about 2.5 miles from the Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway.
“Laveen offers a compelling combination of natural surroundings, access to major employment centers and a growing residential community,” managing director Brandon Dillingham said in a news release.
