EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — The Arizona Cardinals trailed the New York Giants 27-24 with about 30 seconds left in the third quarter Sunday at MetLife Stadium, according to ESPN and CBS Sports live trackers, in a Week 4 shootout between Jacoby Brissett and Jameis Winston.

Arizona jumped ahead early. Brissett hit Marvin Harrison Jr. for a 12-yard touchdown and Tyler Allgeier punched in a 22-yard run for a 14-3 first-quarter lead. Chad Ryland later drilled a 60-yard field goal, and Brissett found Elijah Higgins from 2 yards out early in the third to make it 24-19 Cardinals.

Winston answered with three touchdown throws — 12 yards to Malachi Fields, 25 yards to Malik Nabers, and an 11-yard strike to Theo Johnson late in the third, capped by a Najee Harris two-point rush that put the Giants up 27-24. Nabers had six catches for 112 yards and a score at the time of the update. Brissett was 15-of-21 for 124 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions; Winston was 15-of-24 for 200 yards with three scores and two picks.

Rookie Jeremiyah Love led Arizona’s ground game with roughly 65 rushing yards on 13 carries in the live box score, while Michael Wilson paced Cardinals receivers with four catches for 67 yards.
