In the Soho area of New York City (WABC) early Tuesday morning, a man sustained a gunshot wound to the leg.
The incident occurred on Greene Street shortly before 5:30 a.m.
Emergency services promptly transported the victim to a hospital, where he is being treated for a non-life-threatening injury.
According to reports, the suspect fled the scene in a black SUV.
As of now, there have been no arrests, and the motive behind the shooting remains unclear.
