Early Sunday morning, a collision between a city bus and another vehicle occurred at the intersection of 7th Street and Bethany Home Road in Phoenix. According to the city’s police department, the area is now closed for investigation.
Phoenix police officers swiftly responded to the scene just after 8 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered the driver of the other vehicle with serious injuries.
The injured driver was promptly transported to a nearby hospital, where their condition is considered life-threatening.Additionally, two passengers on the bus were taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure. Authorities anticipate that the area will remain shut down in all directions for an extended period while detectives conduct their investigation.
