“Son’s Dark Intentions: Jeremiah Estel Blair Charged with Attempted First-Degree Murder”

Jeremiah estel Blair was indicated for allegedly trying to kill his parents last month. Jeremiah 19 years old faces two counts of attempting to commit first degree murder . According to the investigators Blair told them he was “upset over his upbringing “ and that he was disappointed the survived the shooting. 

Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell said in a news release announcing the indictment. “Our job now is to hold him accountable. “We can never truly know what can cause a son to attempt to end the lives of the people who raised him.”

The shooting happened between copper and chandler heights, a neighborhood in chandler at 5:30 am on May 13th. On that day a woman called 911 stating she had been shot by their adult son.

It had been reported that Blair was outside in the driveway waiting for officers and to surrender.

According to reports, the individual in question was apprehended at the scene and cooperated with law enforcement upon their arrival.

Subsequent to the arrest, during a session with investigators, the individual is said to have confessed to the act of violence, revealing a longstanding intent to harm family members.

It is alleged that the individual prepared to document the event with a video recording device in the early hours of the morning and awaited the moment one parent would emerge to commence their workday. The father, descending first, was purportedly the initial target, followed by the mother, who was confronted and wounded upon exiting her bedroom.

Both parents were admitted to the hospital, sustaining severe injuries, though not life-threatening.

Relatives have indicated to authorities that the individual has a history of mental health challenges.

Currently, the individual is detained with a substantial bond set at $750,000 pending appearance, with legal proceedings anticipated to begin in September.
