Fort Wayne, Indiana — In a disturbing and tragic turn of events, 20-year-old Richard Klaff Jr. live-streamed a horrifying shooting at the Georgetown Kroger in Fort Wayne. The incident unfolded during a Facebook Live stream, capturing the chilling moments when Klaff, cigar in hand, sought out a victim to shoot.

The Live Stream

Klaff began the live stream by lighting a cigar in a bathroom above the Georgetown Kroger. His ominous words echoed through the camera: “I’m gonna shoot 11 people.” As he roamed the store, he looked for what he chillingly referred to as “someone good” to target.

His rampage ended tragically when he fired six shots in the direction of an innocent Black woman within the Kroger. Miraculously, all shots missed, and no one was injured. However, the terror and trauma inflicted upon the community will linger far beyond the physical harm.
