Israeli Prime Minister Denounces International Criminal Court

The PrimeMinister of Israel did not like the statements issued by the International Criminal Court. Prime Minister Netanyahu stated that “any decisions by the ICC would not affect Israel’s actions but would set a dangerous precedent. The prime minister told CNN’s Jake Tapper that the case brought by the courts was “ Beyond Outrages”. He spoke to CNN Tuesday after hearing the comments from the Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan on Monday. Netanyahu described Khan as a “ Rogue Prosecutor that has put false charges , that are both dangerous and false”. He went on to compare himself to Winston Churchill and Franklin D. Roosevelt as he beset the International Criminal court for requesting Arrest warrants him and his top officials. Khan “equates the democratically elected leaders of Israel with the terrorists, tyrants of Hamas,” He also to Jake Tapper from CNN.

Prosecutor Khan filed a request for charged with the international court on Monday against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Hamas Leader Yahya Sinwar and Other Senior Israeli and Hamas Figures .The ICC’s application extends to other leaders who played key roles in the ongoing war in Gaza. Netanyahu faces allegations of war crimes and crimes against humanity in connection with Israel’s actions during the conflict. Sinwar, a prominent Hamas figure, is also subject to the ICC’s arrest warrant request. The judges will decide whether to issue the arrest warrants, a process that typically takes about two months. While prosecution could not be likely, the warrants could impact travel and embarrass the Israeli government.

The President of the United States of America Joe biden expressed his stance on the International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor’s application for arrest warrants against Israeli leaders, including Prime Minister  Benjamin Netanyahu.

“Let me be clear, we reject the ICC’s application for arrest warrants against Israeli leaders,” Biden said at a Jewish American Heritage Month event at the White House. His statement emphasizes the rejection of any equivalence between Israel and Hamas and underscores the United States’ unwavering support for Israel’s security.

Biden added: There is No Equivalent between Israel and Hamas

Hours earlier he issued a statement also stating that the charges were outrages like the Prime Minister said Tuesday.

Israel is also facing another case at the International Criminal Court of Justice over Genocide which was brought by South Africa. South Africa has in recent months brought a case to ICC accusing Israel of genocide in the War In Gaza.  Biden said that Isreal has not committed Genocide in Gaza. “Contrary to the allegations made by the International Criminal Court, Whats happening in Gaza is not Genocide.” We Reject That”.

ICC warned Israel to take “ Provisional measures ,including preventing and genocidal from taking place in January the felt as the war increased there could be plausible risk of Genocide.

While some accepted biden’s comments with warm applause at the white house event Pro Palestinian Protesters have marred is presidential campaign  and labeled him as “Genocide Joe.”

Khan has also applied the warrants to the other Hamas leaders who are Yahya Sinwar, Mohammed Diab Ibrahim al-Masri (also known as Deif) and Ismail Haniyeh, for war crime and crimes against humanity , including extermination and murder , the taking of captives ,torture, rape and other acts such as sexual violence.

These charges were supported by evidence prepared by a panel of experts that include Amal Cloney an International Human rights Lawyer
